COME ALONG WITH ME: Blogger’s Afternoon Tea

IMG_7253

Hi everyone,

On Saturday morning I ventured into Liverpool to meet with three other bloggers for a spot of afternoon tea at Cuthbert’s. I met up with Katy, Rachael and Emma before we went on a trek to the tea shop. Now, if anyone knows Liverpool well, they may be thinking “oh you went straight up Bold Street, yeah?” Well, no… Ha! We were stupidly given the long route by Google Maps and had the wonderful sights of graffiti and the smell of wee. Ah, Liverpool back streets…

When we eventually reached Cuthbert’s and were quickly seated to a table before having a nosy over the double-sided menu;

Being the bloggers that we are, our cameras were out and present to take a couple of pictures to share with you all. If you’ve never been to Cuthbert’s before, this is what it looks like in terms of decor and what they have to offer…

After we had a chat and our afternoon tea, we headed outside but before we ventured back into the city, we took some selfies with Rachael’s selfie stick.

We had a really lovely day; laughing, gossiping and talking about blogging. Katy, Rachael and Emma are definite friends for life and they already feel like a big part of it.

  1. You are very lucky to have found blogger friends that you can meet up with. I have “met” some lovely girls from blogging but live too far apart.
    I hope you have lots more meet ups, and I look forward to hearing about them.
    P.s. your drinks and cakes look delicious.
    Amanda.
