Well Saturday was one heck of a long day! Wide awake at 5:30, on the road by 7 and in Birmingham by 10. It’s safe to say that I slept like a baby that evening (after my Chinese food coma!). I went to the Gardeners’ World Live & BBC Good Food Show at the NEC with my parents – nope, not sponsored; my Mum just loves plants. It was a really interesting day with a lot of food, rain and being in the same place as Dot Scribbles was rather cool. We missed each other though – major sad texting moments happened.
This blog post is a little bit more snazzy than the others as I took my sister’s funky Sony camera. No idea what the make is but I’m pretty pleased with the results so I hope you all like them. It’s more of a photography post today as it’s pretty self explanatory with a few links where possible.
*Disclaimer: This post is not sponsored by the BBC and all my opinions are my own.

I really hope you enjoyed today’s more photography based post. It was a really lovely yet long day out but well worth the £16 ticket. I treated myself to some makeup (coming soon in a post), a pulled pork sandwich and a Oreo brownie which is still in the fridge! There were SO many stalls and this is just a third of the photographs I took – I couldn’t possibly edit them all, I’d go crazy.
Have you ever been to Birmingham or a food show?
