Sunday

The Sunday Post #7

GUYS.

I have an interview!!

Yoga

One word. Four letters.

Something I’ve done every single day since the end of January.

It may not be a long time and I’m certainly not super flexible BUT I am completely enjoying it. I tend to start my day off with five minutes from Yoga with Adriene and it makes me feel so good. I’ve been doing that before a thirty to forty minute workout from my Charlotte Crosby DVD.

I can’t wait to start feeling good in my own skin again.

Bring it on.

Waitrose Tulips

It’s Valentines Day on Tuesday.

Whether you’re single or in a relationship, go treat yourself to a bunch of beautiful flowers. My previous bouquets died on Tuesday so naturally, two fresh bouquets had to be purchased (thanks to the boyfriend!).

I’m really enjoying having fresh flowers in the house. It’s not the best of weather at the moment so for me, it just gives the house an extra boost.

Exciting Collabs

In the four and a half years that I’ve been blogging, I’ve never made money.

Until now.

On Thursday, I had quite the exciting day. I was paid to go shopping and to share my new purchases with you all. But you can read all about that HERE.ย

I’ve got a few more paid collabs coming up, but you know what? I’m not ashamed to say that I now make a little money off my blog.

Date Night

The Mr and I try to have date night at least once a week.

On Friday evening, we made a reservation at a Chinese restaurant in Liverpool called CHY. We knew that the food was amazing as we’ve been to the one near Sefton Park and oh my, we certainly weren’t disappointed.

I went for the classic chicken sweet and sour with egg fried rice.

THE FLUFFIEST EGG FRIED RICE IN THE WORLD.

No word of a lie.

After our delicious meal, we visited two cocktail bars – Mojo and Revolution.

Revolution is more of my kind of scene (plus, Mojo asked me for ID – I’m 26…), and my cherry mojito came in a bag.

A bag tied with a strawberry lace.

It was safe to say that I was a little bit tipsy (I’m not much of a drinker), but I forgot how fun it was to sit in a bar with your other half – have a shot, a natter about everything in life whilst sipping on a heavenly cocktail.

Lovely.
