Brunching at Cosy Club

One of the best things about Liverpool is the places to eat.

Whether it’s breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert or afternoon tea, there’s something on every street and sometimes, it’s pretty hard to choose where to go.

On Tuesday morning, Meg and I went to Cosy Club for the first time before spending the day shooting outfit photos.

The menu is pretty easy to locate online so I knew exactly what I was having before I’d even sat down.

If you’re looking for somewhere that’s cosy, well this is the best place as the entire room is dimly lit with comfortable lounge chairs and a calming atmosphere.

We ordered pretty quickly; Meg asked for a hot chocolate and The Cosy Club Sandwich; toasted triple decker layered with buttermilk fried chicken, streaky bacon, lettuce, tomato and chipotle mayo (which came with a side of chips and believe me when I say, it was huge!). I opted for a cup of tea and Cosy Eggs; two poached eggs with hollandaise sauce on toasted puccia bread with bacon and spinach.

Our meal was really lovely and definitely filling.

The only disappoint was the eggs; they were perfectly running but the whites just weren’t cooked enough for my liking.

I’d definitely go back for another meal, that’s for sure!

If you’re in Liverpool, Cosy Club is next to the Lindor shop on Paradise Street.

  1. I’m currently studying at the university of Chester, so Liverpool isn’t too far from me. The Cosy Club looks so cosy and the food looks divine. Those cosy eggs look super yummy! I’m definitely going to organise a day trip for me and my boyfriend to go and visit Liverpool and this cute cafe!
