How I’m Taking Care Of My Hair During The Colder Months

As the colder months are almost upon us, not only is it important to start wearing warmer clothing in order to protect our bodies from any illness but it’s also important to take care of our hair.

For many years, Aussie have been my go-to brand for all things hair care and without their products, my hair wouldn’t be full of life 365 days a year.

I’m very lucky to have a fantastic relationship with my hairdresser – I’ve known her for over a decade, she knows what’s best for my hair and sometimes, I sit in the chair and let her do whatever she thinks it right for my locks.

During eight months of the year, I use Aussie Mega Shampoo and Conditioner on my hair – four times a week, not always using conditioner (I prefer it every other wash to stop my hair from going greasy) and sometimes using the Miracle Recharge Moisture Spray just for an added helping hand.

I enjoy having my hair in a routine – it keeps it in top condition and so when the colder months swing round, I swap the Mega Shampoo and Conditioner out and bring in the Winter Miracle Shampoo and Conditioner (limited edition!).

I’m no scientist but it has been proven that switching up your hair care is actually good for your locks – less build up, a chance for your hair to adapt to other treatments etc.

I honestly do believe that my hair would be awful in the winter if I didn’t use the Winter Miracle set. It adds more shine, allows my hair to be sleeker and would you believe it or not, but my hair is easier to brush after using this set.

The Winter Miracle set is limited edition and so far, I’ve only spotted it in my local Body Care but no doubt, it’ll be in Boots / Superdrug / supermarkets very soon. If you try it and love it, stock up!
